You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your 55ji account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your 55ji account, you must notify 55ji customer support immediately via live chat. 55ji will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorized access.
All financial transactions on the 55ji Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 55ji supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted.
Prohibited payment methods: 55ji does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.
Deposits are credited to your 55ji account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 55ji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day for requests submitted before the daily cutoff time. 55ji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 55ji reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal to a payment account that does not match your verified identity.

55ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55ji account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
55ji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55ji makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
55ji collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 55ji from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
